Topic: Altar Server Training
Date: Sunday June 13th
Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
We are looking to gather together Newly interested and seasoned youth Altar servers for an afternoon of learning, serving updates and refreshers as well as a small pizza party celebration to welcome new members to the ministry and honor altar servers who have served for many years here at SMM.
Parents; this training will start after Sunday 10 am Mass is completed. I will start with the meal first, so they are fed and ready to pay attention. The training will be done by 2 PM. I’m asking that you arrive between 1:30- 1:45 so I can get you the schedules for the students, make any last minute changes to the schedule and give you tips on how to best have your young altar servers ready to serve moving forward. This will take place in the main sanctuary space.
